The Cannabutter Recipe

  • 4 sticks of butter (2 cup)

  • 1 oz dry, ground flower/2-3 oz trim/2 g reclai

  • 3 tbsp soy lecithin (liquid preferably)


  1. Place butter in sauce pan over medium-low heat and slowly melt

  2. Add cannabis, slowly stir in

  3. Heat mixture for about 30-45 min*

  4. Remove from heat and stir in soy lecithin

  5. Pour mixture into heat-safe container and allow it to cool

  6. Once cool, strain through cheesecloth (panty hose work great as well)

  7. Put in fridge to harden & about an hour later its ready to be added to ANY recipe that calls for butter (or oil) * Make sure bubbles are small, not large and boiling.
